Our School Community Questionnaires

Year 4-13 Learner Questionnaire or Te Reo Year 4-13 Learner Questionnaire: Please can we have questionnaires completed by Week 3 (Friday 1 August). Read through the questions before administering with your learners, best way to be ready to support learners to be successful when answering the questions. We are continuing to pilot a Year 1-3 Learner Questionnaire and a Te Reo Year 1-3 Learner Questionnaire with fewer questions. We would appreciate teachers giving this a go, with as few or as many learners as you feel comfortable surveying. 

Teacher Questionnaire: We would like these to be completed by Week 3 (Friday 7 August). We have found that schools who allocate 10 minutes at the beginning of staff PD seem to get the best turn out.

Leader Questionnaire: We would like these to be completed by Week 3 (Friday 7 August). This includes principals, senior leadership teams, in-school and across-school CoL leaders, team leaders, and anyone else who holds a leadership position in your school.

Whānau Questionnaire: As in past years, we acknowledge that you will know how best to get your whānau to fill in the questionnaires. Whether that involves a computer at the office desk, whānau hui, or some other fantastic method, we will leave this up to you! We would love this to be completed by Friday 21 August (Week 5), but please let us know if you have a whānau meeting scheduled that falls outside of this time so we can work together on this.
