Tatupu a Manaiakalani
We are a cluster that has grown from Te Purapura Ngatahi o Manaiakalani (TPNOM) cluster.
Tatupu is a powerful word meaning 'regeneration' or 'regrowth.' As the Samoan phrase says, "O le tatupu o le niu" is the emerging frond of a coconut, a symbol of new life and rebirth.
Our Logo
The coconut tree is known as the "tree of life" across the Pacific because every part of it provides for the community, embodying immense resourcefulness and resilience.
As a new sprout from our foundation cluster TPNOM, Tatupu a Manaiakalani is a fresh expansion of the Manaiakalani family. Our name links our new growth back to its origin, carrying the same principles of nurturing new life and potential in our learners and communities, just as the coconut tree provides for all.
